Play Dough Sight Words
Make words out of Play Dough! At first, we had to think outside the box because some of us couldn't think of ways to make letters. We asked our friends how they would make letters to get the creative juices flowing. Some made flat-pancake letters; others made round-worm letters. Way to work those fine-motor skills while practicing sight words!
Bean Bag Toss
Call out a sight word and throw the bean bag.
(Our Favorite) Musical Chairs!
Each chair has a sight word placed on it. Walk around the chairs while the music plays. When the music stops, sit down. If your sight word is called, you're the winner of that round!
