Philosophy and Curriculum

At Quest Academy, we believe in utilizing children’s previous knowledge as a foundation for exploring and building new knowledge.  Through unique and developmentally appropriate teaching methods, we will integrate Kindergarten Readiness Standards from "Utah's School Readiness Standards" to ensure each child’s readiness for Kindergarten and instill life-long learning.  Playing, movement, music, and hands-on activities are crucial components to our curriculum.  We will be using “The Amazing Action Alphabet” to learn and write the alphabet and numbers, learn and read sight words, and begin writing words/sentences.
