We Are Closing Our Doors....

 After teaching preschool for 10 years, Miss Lori is blasting off to a new adventure teaching Child Development, Early Childhood Education, and the Mini Sentinels Preschool at Mountain Ridge High School! She is sad to close down Quest Academy and will miss her cute preschoolers SO much. Good luck to everyone!

 Llama, Llama Quilt Patterns

In "Llama Llama Red Pajama" by Anna Dewdney, little llama waits for his mama with his quilt. We made quilt patterns for llama and wrote a sentence using our sound-out skills and the Sight Word Wall.

Catapult Math

Castles needed catapults to protect them. In this math game, we launched "warm fuzzies" in the air, aiming for two plates. At the end of the game, we counted how many total warm fuzzies made it to the plates.
